Have supplements mailed directly to your home – here is how:

1. Go to www.nutri-dyn.com and select “Create account” on the top of the page.
2. Register by filling out the simple registration form.
3. When asked for account type, choose “Patient.”
4. Create your own username and password.
5. Enter the practitioner code 110766 to complete your set up for ordering from home.
